Instructions
- Prepare the Matcha Cocoa Base: In a small bowl, whisk together the matcha powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt. Slowly add the hot water while whisking continuously until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
- Heat the Milk: In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm the milk until it is steaming but not boiling. This gentle heating helps preserve the flavors and prevents scalding.
